XR hub is launched

Dear friends,
we are pleased to announce the launch of the Platform’s products, services and tools!

We aimed to develop a technology that would allow the developer community to jointly create and develop digital AR/XR worlds.

Today we are introducing our first product — XR Hub for Android, an integrated mobile app in the Spheroid Universe ecosystem.

From a technical point of view, XR Hub is a SuperApp: it can run other applications within itself. These applications may be created by independent developers. Apps that run within the XR Hub can function independently or expand the functions and capabilities of the XR Hub itself, offering its users their own services and products.

XR Hub is a lightweight, powerful and efficient mobile app. In terms of performance and energy efficiency, it is more advanced than all existing mobile AR applications on the market with Unity / SceneForm-based graphics engines.

XR Hub’s technological foundation is our proprietary Spheroid Script programming language, which developers use to create, launch and debug their XR/AR products launched in the XR Hub.

XR Hub interacts with Spheroid Сloud OS, which:

- ensures that applications comply with applicable policies (Space API) and the safety of the executed code

- allows various applications within the XR Hub to exchange data, digital values and transactions

- sets up real-time interactions between users of different platforms (iOS, Android) and their exchanges with the surrounding interactive space

From a user’s point of view, the XR Hub resembles a social network where the user creates and fills his own Meta World by subscribing to interactive XR worlds generated by the community.

Each Meta World user’s world is different, and varies according to his preferences and interests.

The Meta World is like a crossroads of worlds, it is the launchpad from where the user dives deep into other Worlds and where he returns each time to dive in again.

Meta World is a content and traffic aggregator, and it will become the core of Space monetization for their owners.

From a technical point of view, each World is a separate XR application, whose content, logic and interface are managed by an independent developer or team. You can become one of them.
